The quickest way to find a part is to use our Part Finder on the left hand side of the screen. First of all, select the Manufacturer and wait a few seconds for the box below to filter down the Range. Then select the Range, then select the Series and finally select the Model of your laptop. The model number can normally be found on the label underneath your laptop.

Unfortunately, this means we don't keep a keyboard for your laptop in stock at this current time.

If you live in the UK we offer FREE DELIVERY via Royal Mail 24. After you've paid for your order we don't hang about!! Depending on when you buy your item, we will dispatch it either the same or the next working day, so in the majority of cases it should arrive within 1 -2 working days. However you have to remember that Royal Mail don't offer a guaranteed delivery time on this service and it can take them up to 15 working days to deliver.

If you're in a real hurry for the item we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery at £7.99. With this service you are guaranteed to receive the part within 2 working days.

If you live outside of the UK we also offer fantastic rates on our postage. Just £9.99 per item within the EU, £12.99 to everywhere else. Your item will be sent by PostNL International Signed. Due to the different delivery schedules in different countries we can't tell you exactly how long it will take but it normally arrives in 7 to 10 business days.

You might have paid by PayPal e-cheque by mistake. This is where PayPal take the money from your bank account instead of a credit/debit card. It normally takes about 10 working days to clear.

We can only guarantee delivery within 2 working days if you select Royal Mail Special Delivery when you checkout. Have you checked with the sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you? If you were out when they they tried to deliver they may have taken it back to the sorting office. They postman/postwoman is supposed to put a card through the door to let you know, but they don't always bother. If you've contacted the sorting office and you still haven't received the item after more than 15 working days from date of dispatch, please let us know.

Your item was sent by PostNL International Signed. Have you checked with your local sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you? If you were out when they they tried to deliver they may have taken it back to the sorting office. If you have contacted the sorting office and you still haven't received the item after more than 25 working days from date of dispatch, please get back in touch.

Unlike may other online retailers who will only offer a short warranty, we offer a full 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all our products.

If your Keyboard should develop a fault within the warranty period, just click here to report the fault. We'll then get back to you with an RA number and details of how to return the keyboard. Once we receive the item back we'll send you a new one.

Unfortunately we do need to have the old one back first, before a new replacement can be sent out.

We accept Visa (including Visa Electron), Solo, Maestro (Switch), American Express and MasterCard. Our checkout provider is Sage Pay. You can also pay directly from a PayPal account.

We are registered for VAT in the UK, France and Germany. The correct VAT number and VAT amount will appear on the invoice. The invoice is sent by e-mail, normally about 2 days after ordering.

Yes, a VAT receipt will be e-mailed to your e-mail address within 48 hours of purchase.

Whether Laptop Keyboards are original are not is a bit of a grey area. Usually the original keyboard inside your laptop won't be actually manufactured by the Laptop Manufacturer themselves, they will ask other companies such as Sunrex, Chicony etc. to manufacture the keyboards on their behalf. Here at Keyboards4Laptops we don't source the keyboards directly from the Laptop Manufacturer as they add on their own massive mark up. We buy them through distributors who source the keyboard directly from the keyboard manufacturers. As we aren't buying directly from the Laptop Manufacturer it wouldn't be legally correct for us to state they are original. But they do come from the same factories that make keyboards for the Laptop Manufacturers.

Some laptops have a frame that separates from the keyboard. A frame is a plastic part that clips between the keys. Where a laptop has a frame, we will often advertise the keyboard with and without frame. If it doesn't mention the frame in the title this means it's sold without the frame so the picture may look different to how the keyboard looks on your laptop. If it says in the title something like "Black Frame Black", that means the frame is included.

When Microsoft moved from Windows 7 to Windows 8, they changed the Windows logo. So the only difference is the logo on the Windows key. Windows 8 keyboards will work fine on Windows 7 laptops and vice versa.

Different countries have different key layouts. For example UK Keyboards are QWERTY, German Keyboards are QWERTZ and French keyboards are AZERTY. They keyboards are usually the same apart from the stickers on the keys. So for example you could buy a German keyboard if you were willing to remember that when you pressed Z you got Y etc or you were willing to resticker a few keys.

Our compatability lists are very accurate but occassionally we do find an odd mistake that needs to be rectified. If this should happen just click here to report the compatibility issue. The information will be e-mailed to us straight away and a member of our customer support team will get back in touch with you as soon as possible with details of how to return the item so we can get it exchanged for the right model.
